CNC3 TV is owned by Guardian Media Limited (not to be confused with the Guardian from the UK). It is broadcast by cable with Flow Cable System on its channel 3, and it can be seen over the air on channels 12 and 14. CNC3 originally stood for Cable News Channel 3, and as the name suggests, its original focus was strictly news. After a few years, the channel did broaden to include general entertainment and movies.
you can watch online.
