WZZM 13 is owned by TENGA, and offshoot of the Gannett Company. It is an affiliate of the ABC network. As an affiliate, Grand Rapids ABC tends to focus its original news coverage on local issues during the traditional morning, mid-day, evening and late-night news slots. WZZM News currently airs 34.5 hours of station produced news broadcasts per week. Also, WZZM TV produces a local favorite called Take Five & Company. This show is also known as Take Five Grand Rapids, and its a morning show like Good Morning America, but focused on Grand Rapids local news, and personalities.
