  1. Hi, I have Fetch TV and watch 13th Street. I was wondering how to access Video on Demand to watch missed episodes?

  2. Hi Andrew. If I’m not mistaken, in order to use VOD w/ Fetch, you need at least a Mighty Box plan. https://www.fetchtv.com.au/packages Then, at the bottom, you’ll see which providers actually allow for the Mighty Box, as well as this message:

** Customers getting Fetch from their broadband or phone provider should check with their Service Provider for inclusions, terms, conditions, any applicable fees and details of minimum total cost. The Mighty box is currently available on selected plans from Optus, Dodo, iPrimus and iiNet. It is coming soon to other Fetch partners. Check with your service provider to confirm which model Fetch box is included on the plan you subscribe to. Availability of channel packs at point of purchase varies. Check with your service provider for more details. All channel packs are available via the Fetch User Interface once service is activated.
