KHOGKHOG Arkansas is the sister station to ABC 40/29 KHBS. They share the same website, TV scheduling and broadcast facilities. The only difference is that KHOG’s broadcast area originates in Fayetteville. Thus, KHOG’s broadcast radius extends farther into Southwest Missouri.
KHBS, along with its sister station KHOG, are unquestionably the news leaders for Northwest Arkansas. In 2015, for example, the duo was up for almost 30 Emmy Award Nominations. And 2015 was no fluke, either: Year-in and year-out KHBS/KHOG rack up prestigious awards for news journalism and production.

Like KHBS, KHOG 4029 TV is owned by Hearst Television.

Since the KHOG Arkansas call sign was inspired by the mascot for The University of Arkansas, the KHOG sports department is the go-to source for the latest news and highlights on the Arkansas Razorbacks. Unfortunately, the 4029 TV website is poorly constructed and it doesn’t even have a clear link to its Sports Section.
