Northern Visions Television’s rating of 9.4 out of 10 is based on a the simple fact that we love this station. NVTV doesn’t have live streaming at this time, but live viewing isn’t a must for the programs it offers. From ‘Arts and Music’ to a library of well-produced documentaries, NVTV has an outstanding selection of choices. And, while the station bills itself as Local TV for Belfast, it has programming that will appeal to anyone who speaks English.

For example, check out this movie review show called ‘Banterflix‘–it’s a review of the Superman vs Batman movie, and a random choice of one of NVTV’s shows. Even those of us who don’t like comic book movies thought the show was great! In it, they talked about the movie of course, but they also delved deeper into the mythology of these comic book characters and their place in Western Culture over the past 50 years.

We’re telling you, it was really well done. If you look around the NVTV site, you’ll see plenty of offerings with same level of intelligence and humor. Also, if you’re interested in the culture and music of Northern Ireland, NVTV is a must.

you can watch online.
